Policies

 

Geneus Studios is committed to delivering intentional, high-quality imagery with clarity, professionalism, and respect for both the client experience and the creative process. The following policies exist to ensure consistency, fairness, and creative integrity across all sessions.

 

 

 

Booking & Payment

• A non-refundable retainer is required to secure all sessions.

• Remaining balance must be paid before or on the day of the session.

• Sessions are not confirmed until payment is received.

 

 

 

Image Delivery

• Each session includes a fixed number of professionally edited images, as outlined in the selected package.

• Image quantities are not negotiable.

• Final galleries are delivered within the stated delivery window.

Additional edited images may be purchased as add-ons at published rates.

 

 

 

Revisions

• One round of minor adjustments is included per session.

• Additional revisions are available at an added cost.

• Requests that significantly alter the original edit may be declined.

Editing & Artistic Style

• All final images reflect the Geneus Studios aesthetic, including color, tone, and retouching style.

• RAW/unedited images are not provided under any circumstances.

• Editing requests outside Geneus Studios style are respectfully declined.

This policy protects the integrity of the work and ensures all delivered images represent the brand accurately.

 

 

 

Turnaround Time

• Delivery timelines begin on the first business day after the session.

• Rush delivery is available at published rates only if scheduling allows.

• Delivery timelines are firm and non-negotiable.

 

 

 

Creative Direction

• Clients are welcome to share inspiration prior to the session.

• Final creative decisions, including image selection and composition, remain at the discretion of Geneus Studios.

• This ensures quality, cohesion, and a refined final product.

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Retainers are non-refundable.

• One reschedule may be granted with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.

• Late cancellations or no-shows forfeit the retainer.​

Respectful Communication

Geneus Studios maintains a calm, professional working environment.

Communication that is disrespectful, aggressive, or dismissive of stated policies may result in session termination without refund.

 

 

 

Policy Agreement

By booking a session with Geneus Studios, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to all policies listed above.

No exceptions will be made.
